Managed CNN.com’s Safe List, a project to post names of those affected by Hurricane Katrina to let others know they were safe in Katrina’s aftermath. Set up e-mail processing system, managed processing team, and provided functionality feedback.
Assembled Help Center with information on how to get aid, donate to groups helping victims, and find the missing.
